Under the bill (Reg. No.7415), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers, conscripted officers and compulsory-duty
servicemen are excluded from the categories of the military entitled to
hold the offices in the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine commissioned
for peace-making operations in the foreign countries. The bill also replaces the
contract on military service in the units commissioned to the foreign countries
with a supplement to the basic contract on the military service.
The Committee members support the bill, as its adoption will order manning of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine commissioned to the foreign countries.
